lumiprobe染料–蛋白与其他硫醇分子的马来酰亚胺标记

Cy3 maleimide用于将荧光团结合到包含半胱氨酸残基的蛋白质，多肽和硫醇化分子上（比如含巯基的寡核苷酸）。在标记之前，胱氨酸应使用磷酸三氯乙酯（TCEP）还原。

产品主要应用：点击化学(Click Chemistry)、蛋白质组学研究中的双向荧光差异凝胶电泳(2D DIGE)和实时荧光定量PCR(Realtime PCR)。

Lumiprobe有两种级别的SYBR Green I：

适用于Real Time PCR的SYBR Green I,100×solution

SYBR是一种渗入DNA链中的染料，高效特异作用于dsDNA。这种染料能用于实时定量PCR中检测DNA链的合成。

操作如下：
1.计算反应所需试剂的体积
